Starting Solids Consultation
​In this 90 minute consultation we will explore the feeding method that feels right for you and your family. We will unpack your baby's nutritional needs and which foods to offer (and how) to these needs are being met. We will also discuss how to navigate allergenic foods, constipation, and whether your child needs supplements or not. Based on our discussions and bub's family history, I will provide you with a personalized "starting solids" plan tailored to your child, including detailed notes of everything we have discussed.

Follow Up Consultation
In this 30 minute follow up consultation we will go through how everything is going since we last met, and any questions that have come up. This is the time where we can make any additional tweaks to your starting solids or eczema support plan, making sure it suits your lifestyle.

Eczema Support Consultation
In this 90 minute consultation we will discuss what eczema is and how best to address it. Together we will work through how to identify the possible trigger foods and what that means for your baby's diet. We will also discuss commonplace misconceptions and why steroid creams may help soothe the symptoms but won't actually address the problem. Based on our discussions and bub's family history, I will provide you with a personalized "support plan" tailored to your child. I will also provide you with detailed notes from our session.​​​

Navigating Allergenic Food Consultation
Whether your baby has had a reaction to a food, or you're just curious about how to navigate food sensitivities, elimination diets and food reintroductions, this 90 minute session will cover it all. We will take a detailed look at bub's medical history (including relating family medical history) and their journey with solids so far. Based on our discussions, I will provide you with a personalized "support plan" tailored to your child. I will also send you detailed notes of our discussion.
